With the Seller ID, API user, and API key information you can obtain from the marketplaces, you can easily integrate your store with Dot Assist.
2. Select Your Products
Once the integration is complete, your product list will be uploaded to Dot Assist. You can then remove unwanted products and easily continue the setup with the ones you choose.
3. Enter Additional Info
Add extra details such as packaging, shipping, product color, and courier company. The more information Dot Assist receives, the more questions it can answer!
4. Choose Your Tone of Voice
You can choose the tone of Dot Assist’s responses: Professional or Friendly. You can also specify the beginning and end of sentences.
5. Select the Answer Mode
Auto: After Dot Assist generates the response, it will be presented for your approval within the specified time. If no action is taken within the time limit, the response will be sent automatically.
Hybrid: Dot Assist provides a response suggestion tailored to the question and will only send it after you approve.

No, it does not. When Dot Assist does not have an answer, it switches to Hybrid Mode and directs the question to you. Once you provide an answer, Dot Assist learns from this information and will use it to answer similar questions in the future.
How does it learn? If I add a new product with no previous questions, how does Dot Assist respond?
